Mediterranean Tuna Pasta Salad

Creamy, thick, luscious preserved lemon vinaigrette poured over piping hot pasta to absorb all the flavors. It boasts preserved lemons which double backs as a probiotic. Bright, tangy, and perfectly salted, this dish is gourmet in a time pinch with pantry staples.

YES- I said pantry staples!

The pasta is vibrant and fuss free. Imagine your favorite gourmet pasta from the boutique deli. You know the ones that charge you an arm and a leg for a little tiny container? Well this is no doubt cheaper and will take you less time to make than running there and back.

Welcome to your replacement pasta, but better. It’s everything you love about your favorite neighborhood deli, but cheaper, easy to make, and homemade.  This is going to take you all of 15 minutes to cook, with minimal dishes.

The best part: make the creamy preserved lemon vinaigrette in advance to save even more time! You’ll have your family thinking you slaved away making this meal.
